A content management system (CMS) is a computer application used to manage work flow needed to collaboratively create, edit, review, index, search, publish and archive various kinds of digital media and electronic text, or a website. These type of web application simply enables users to add, edit or view contents of a website in an easy and user friendly manner. It has tools and the information is collected and generated in a way that you desire.
